This four-story office building was designed with an open parking level beneath the structure to maximize site efficiency and accessibility. The façade composition is divided into three distinct material zones to reduce the visual mass and create a lighter architectural expression. Dark metal panels combined with brick accents introduce a modern and refined identity, while the balanced window openings provide façade continuity and respond to the region’s warm climate conditions.
