The two-story office units were designed with retail spaces at the ground level to create an active street presence. Privacy between the office units was carefully considered, while balcony projections soften the façade and provide sun-shading appropriate for the region’s warm climate. The balconies also create outdoor spaces for employees, and the colored guardrailss contribute to the building’s identity and architectural character.
